If your reservation was booked direct with the destination within the past 30 days and is NOT paid in full yet, we can send you a simple transfer form to complete and return to us ASAP to initiate a transfer to our agency. **One of our agency values is that we do not accept transfers from other agents/agencies, only those that have been booked direct with the travel supplier/destination.
If your reservation was booked more than 30 days ago, we can help re-book your reservation (based on current pricing and availability) before you cancel for a refund of your original deposit in order to get our complementary planning support!
