Therefore, we'd like to offer you an option to consider: Pre-book your room & ticket package before races are officially announced.
Please note, we have no official information about future runDisney races. We are projecting race events and dates based on previous race weekends, and there is no guarantee our projections are correct.

- Book your room, with a minimum 2-night stay at a Walt Disney World® Resort, as well as any needed theme park tickets (dining plans are currently not available). Dates of stay must include the date of your desired race or first race if running multiple.
- When your selected race is announced and available your agent will simply add your requested race registrations to your vacation package (see FAQs below for more info).
*2021 was the conclusion of the Star Wars Rival Run series, and runDisney is planning to re-imagine the theming of this race weekend for 2022. Therefore, until we receive more information we're not projecting any dates at this time.
FAQs:
What do your services cost?
Nothing, ever. Our services are always free for our clients. You'll pay the same for your vacation package if you book directly with Disney, and with runDisney registrations you save money by working with us since you won't be charged a processing fee.
How does this benefit me?
This approach allows you to secure a room at your perferred resort before rooms begin to fill up once the race weekends are announced. You also avoid the stress of getting your own race registration. When race weekend packages are announced your Magic Bound Travel Agent will simply modify your vacation package to add the race registrations you desire, which we've been able to do previously for our clients. And, as mentioned above, you save money by avoiding race registration processing fees.
What if the race is announced for another weekend?
We can always modify your booked vacation package with new dates, which is easier and faster for us to do than a new booking. Modifications are subject to resort hotel availability.
What if the race I want doesn't happen?
We can cancel your reservation and you'll receive your $200 deposit, which is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your check-in day. Of course, you can always keep your reservation and experience all the Walt Disney World® Resort has to offer on a non-race weekend.
What if you can't add the race registration I want to my reservation?
Our Magic Bound Travel agents have previously had the ability to add race registrations to vacations packages we've booked, and while we believe we can do so with future packages we can not guarantee it. We may have to re-book your reservation in order to add race registrations, which our team of agents is willing to do if it enables you to get the race you want. Of course, we'll immediately inform you if we're unable to get your desired race. Worse case, you'll need to go through the regular race registration process, but you'll already have your room ready to go! Or you can cancel to get your full $200 back.
How much are race registrations going to cost?
We don't know at this time, but we expect a slight increase from the previous race registration costs, which were:
- 2019 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend: 5k=$85, 10k=$127, Half=$205, Challenge (10k+half)=$347
- 2020 WDW Marathon Weekend: 5k=$87, 10k=$127, Half=$188, Full=$190, Goofy (half+full)=$385, and Dopey (5k, 10k, half, & full)=$590)
- 2020 Princess Half Marathon Weekend: 5k=$89, 10k=$129, Half=$205, Challenge (10k+half)=$350
Are race registrations refundable?
Race registrations have not been refundable in the past and we expect the same to be true going forward.
