I like to tell people I didn’t choose the Disney life; it chose me! My extended family has been taking trips to Disney World since it’s opening in the 1970’s. My grandparents had a camper and we took family trips to Fort Wilderness at least once a year throughout my childhood. Some of my earliest memories as a child are from being at the happiest place on earth with my family! It’s hard to accurately put into words how much this place has come to mean to me over the years. It has brought me so much joy and happiness and a lifetime of priceless memories that I will cherish forever.
One of my most treasured memories was the day my husband Keith proposed to me in the rose garden in front of Cinderella’s castle. He had arranged for my parents to be there without my knowledge and we were able to celebrate the day together in the park. It was truly a magical day that I will never forget.
We have been able to travel to Disney with many friends experiencing the parks for the first time and have helped them to plan the vacation of their dreams while experiencing it alongside them. I would love to be able to help you plan the vacation of your dreams as well and share the many tips and tricks I have learned over the years! There is nothing quite like a Disney vacation and there is something for every budget and travel style!
Just down the road adventure continues at the fabulous Universal Orlando Resort. Our love of movies has always kept us coming back to these parks over the years. We love the immersive Wizarding World of Harry Potter in particular, and the playful theming of Seuss Landing and other areas geared towards superheroes and movie characters.
Disney World feels like coming home to me; let me help introduce it to you for the first time and show you how it can feel like your home away from home as well or maybe show you some new things to try if you are an old pro just looking to go back home for a visit!
